Underneath, frame and floors

Here are some shots of the underneath, frame and floors, click for a larger view:

The entire bottom of the car has been covered with black paint. It's not undercoating so everything is fairly obvious. There really is no rot (having been repaired by the previous owner) with the exception of rust in the left side frame rail bottom as well as pin-holes in a section of the trunk floor. The torque boxes as shown in the front end and inner fender pictures are not in great shape as they have been repaired crudely.

These next three pictures show you the rust in the frame rails. The left side is worse than the right side.

These next two show the welds from the inner rockers being repaired. As with most of the welding in the car not the cleanest work.

These show the repairs to the floors. The floors are solid but the welding leaves a bit to be desired. Some grinding could probably clean this up quite a bit.

These show the trunk & drops offs.

This picture shows the rust spots in the trunk floor. There are 4 holes, the largest about the size of a small pencil. Note they are located dead center in the picture.
